By using the Service, or by choosing to submit Personal Information to MiiTv, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with this policy. • Create an account either as a MiiTv User, or as a Merchant Broadcaster;
• Use the Service to make a purchase;
• Use the Service to make a payment or tip in accordance with our Payment Terms;

• Interact with other Users of the Services;
• Post User Content or make User Submissions; or
• Otherwise provide us with Personal Information.

For Users who register as a MiiTv User, the Personal Information we may collect may include:

• When you create an account, your first and last name, contact information, such as your address, telephone number, or e-mail address;
• Your country and date of birth;
• Biographical information, including photos and/or statements, you choose to submit;
• If you choose to make a purchase and/or payment, your payment information and any information required under our Payment Terms; and
• Any other Personal Information that you voluntarily choose to submit to us.

For Users who register as a Merchant Broadcaster, the Personal Information we may collect may include:

• When you create an account, your first and last name, your organization name (if applicable), contact information, such as your address, telephone number, or e-mail address;
• Your payment information and any financial or banking information needed to conduct the transactions described in our Payment Terms;
• Biographical information, including photos and/or statements, you choose to submit;
• Where permitted or required by applicable law, including without limitation the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act, your driver’s license, and/or such other personal information as may be required to verify your identity or to comply with applicable law; and
• Any other Personal Information that you voluntarily choose to submit to us.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when you communicate or interact with another person through our Services, including without limitation, all privacy and anti-spam legislation. You may not provide us with the Personal Information of another person, or post someone else’s Personal Information as User Content or as a User Submission, (as defined in our Terms), unless you have the consent of that person as well as that of their parent or legal guardian if they are below the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. If you choose to provide us with the Personal Information of another person (for example if you post a photo of them to your account), you represent and warrant that you have their permission and consent to so, and their agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as well as that of their parent or legal guardian if they are below the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

Automatic Collection of Information

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. Personal Information collected online may also be combined with information you have provided to MiiTv through other sources such as over the telephone.

Streams

The Services may or may in the future contain the ability for you to create public streams. Any User Content you choose to distribute through a public stream may be viewed by members of the public, subject to any limitations you place on your Viewing Audience, if the ability to restrict the Viewing Audience is offered on the Services, in our sole discretion. You may remove User Content you distributed through a public stream from the Services; however, you understand and that once you have distributed User Content through a public stream User Content cannot always be withdrawn from the internet, for example, if you or other Site users have shared or posted it to websites we do not control. Please consider carefully what User Content you choose to distribute through a public stream. You agree to provide the following information regarding your account to the public:

1. Profile username
2. Profile photo, if you choose to provide one
3. Country, City
4. Views
5. Social media links you have chosen to provide on your account profile
6. If available, number count for streams, likes, followers, following, subscribers, and comments
7. If available, comments left on another user’s stream
8. If available, likes left on another user’s streams

You are choosing to and agree to make all of your streams and profile information visible to all Users.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. For example, we may use a third party payment processor to collect payment information and process payments. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. When Personal Information is transferred to such a third party service provider, that party will be contractually bound to provide adequate protection for the Personal Information.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. How you can manage your information

We provide you with the ability to access, update, download and delete your data. When you delete your account, we may keep things you have posted in our archive for up to 3 months. This information will be inaccessible and permanently deleted after that period. To delete your account at any time, please visit your MiiTv account settings. If you have submitted Personal Information to MiiTv and would like to have access to it, or if you would like to have it removed or corrected, you can visit your MiiTv account settings or contact us using the contact information provided below. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request; however, in some cases we may not be able to allow you to access certain Personal Information in certain circumstances, for example if it contains Personal Information of other persons, or for legal reasons. In such cases, we will provide you with a reasonable explanation of why it is not possible to grant access to your Personal Information.

Access and Rectification

You have a right to request access to your Personal Information and to request a correction to it if you believe it is inaccurate. If you have submitted Personal Information to MiiTv and would like to have access to it, or if you would like to have it removed or corrected, please contact us using the contact information provided below. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request; however, in some cases we may not be able to allow you to access certain Personal Information in certain circumstances, for example if it contains Personal Information of other persons, or for legal reasons.
